Just tried it on a fresh tomato - it is that season - feta salad with a slice of home baked buckwheat bread to sop up dressing. Was really smooth & mellow with just a hint of heat. (Forgot yo snap pic before diving in.)

I tried one bottle a couple of months ago and I was hooked. This stuff is amazing on a taco salad! It's also wonderful on grilled chicken. Just enough heat to let you know it's there, but not so much as to overpower the salad or anything else I put it on. Excellent job with this one!
