A little lime heavy. Should have more coconut sweet to balance the acidity. I added some coconut cream and it made an incredible dressing for baked haddock. The lime kills the delicate flavor of the coconut.
Love the coconut flavor but a little mild as far as heat.
One bottle out of 9 was cracked upon receipt and "Mowatt" replaced it immediately. i am a happy camper today.
I did this with some steelhead trout stuffed with a pecan dressing and it was delicious.
Got a few bottles for my husband for Father's Day. So far only tried this one. The flavor is great , just a little bit to much heat for him. He will use it sparingly.
