We were gifted a bottle from a neighbor. After trying it I immediately ordered a case. Hands down the best hot sauce I’ve ever had. Franks can F right off. I put this sh*t on everything!!!!

A neighbor turned us on to Mowatt's products. We usually only enjoy the Canceaux Sauce over cream cheese and crackers. It's our favorite afternoon snack, however I ventured out and ordered Great White and Maine Black Beary based on reviews and we can't wait to try them!
I order several of these bottles EVERY Christmas for my husband! Your hot sauce is his “favorite of all time”! When we have guests, he shares, and they are turned on to it too. The simple truth is that I really enjoy the Canceaux sauce. I love it on so many things. The combination of sweet, sour, and a bit of hot is just great! If you haven’t tried it, you definitely should!
We have been buying (& loving) Canceaux Sauce for over 15 years. Back when you had recipes on the website. “Fire in the Snow” (1/2 cup Canceaux & 8 oz cream cheese - whipped) has been a staple in our home. Our friends and family expect it & love it too. It’s the only recipe all five kids know how to make. Next week we are opening a coffee shop in Marshfield, MA - Seaside Coffee and will be offering Fire in the Snow on our breakfast sandwiches to “Spice it Up”. Don’t be shocked if you get a boost of business from MA. Canceaux Sauce is truly the best! Keep up the good work!!
I love the Canceaux 5 on just about everything from my eggs in the morning, to pizza or lasagna for dinner! Just the right mix of a little spice and touch of sweet. Also makes a great addition to a spicy peanut dipping sauce.

This has found a home in our home. Was gifted a bottle in August and it has become my new favorite. Not too hot but tons of flavor and I will do my best to never run out. That being said I have but 10 more bottles so far so I was able to share 3 at Christmas with family and friends. The rest are in the process of being consumed 1 at a time. I use this on pretty much everything I like hot sauce on. Absolutely amazing in white rice.....on a heat scale I'd say a 3 outta 5 but it's a 5 outta 5 on the flavor scale....

I am addicted to this hot sauce it is amazing!!! I first had it at my son’s house in NH and had to get some ! This is a Turkey Spaghetti Squash Kale egg dish which is amazing when I add the hot sauce!!!!!!

Discovered Canceaux Sauce at the Hot Food Festival in Albany, NY circa 1999. Have been buying ever since. Not sure how we could live without this. It’s the greatest stuff on Earth. Purchase 12-18 bottles per year in addition to the other great sauces. Hands down the best spiced sauce ever made.
This sauce goes great on so many dishes, Including pineaplle slow cooked pork! I LOVED IT! so much so i bought the multi pack to give as stocking stuffers this Christmas!
