Boston Red Sauce
A true New England favorite. Boston Red Sauce blends tart Maine cranberries with red chili peppers for the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy. Cider vinegar adds brightness, and a touch of brown sugar rounds out the flavor.
Serve it at the Thanksgiving table in place of cranberry sauce, or mix it with mayonnaise for a Thanksgiving sandwich with turkey, apple slices, and cheddar. It also makes a great glaze for smoked turkey, chicken, or pork, and adds a zesty twist to Waldorf chicken salad.

We visited Maine five years ago for my wife’s 40th Birthday and loved Portland and the surrounding neighboring towns eating lobster and seafood every day while we were there! We came across Captain Mowatt’s Boston Red Sauce at a small little retail shop and I have been using it ever since primarily at breakfast over eggs and hash browns.
