This is one of Captain Mowatt's spicier sauces but it's excellent for use on whatever needs a kick of flavor. Ive used it on eggs, in chicken marinade and added to salsa to kick it up a notch. Full bodied and flavorful! If you like spicier sauces, you won't be disappointed!

I like vinegar flavor in my hot sauce. I caught these guys at the Springfield Sportsman’s show and this one stood out above the rest. I noticed right away it wasn’t just distilled white vinegar, rather apple cider vinegar. Finished the bottle inside of a month and ordered 2 more. Hurts so bad but it’s soooooo good.

I add hot sauce to most of what I eat, and your Jolly Roger hot sauce is the best sauce that I have ever tasted. I like the hotter sauces best and, Jolly Roger is the best combination of heat and flavor. Most sauces by all the different brands that I have tried are either hot or flavorful but not usually both. Great sauce, don't ever stop making this flavor please.
