It is pretty spicy! I like it a lot. I have been looking for genuinely spicy jerky.
I am a total jerky fan, at least for a good jerk. All of the stop and shop jerks are primarily neutral, non-tasty, over priced and just a quick grab-and regret at the counter. This is a much different beast. Dried quite a bit longer than most that I have tried and excellently spiced, for a jerky lover...a must have! Captain...please make these available in bigger bags (and bigger chunks if possible). Great job!!!!!
