Love using this in my Jolly Roger sausage recipe to make a spicy sausage. Not too hot but a nice heat with great flavor that compliments the other ingredients.

I enjoy Captain Mowatt’s hot sauces because they are yummy and made with all good ingredients. I buy a variety of their sauces and enjoy all of them. My last order contained a few new ones, including Vat 54 and Halifax jerk, and now I am looking forward to giving them a try. I think they provide a consistent quality product, their shipping is fast, their follow up is also consistent, and they stand behind their products.

One of my favorite all-purpose hot sauces. It’s got that classic Louisiana-style flavor profile, but with an extra kick from the habaneros and smoother, less vinegary flavor. Goes great on everything.

Good strong heat with a nice flavor!

Our "go to" hot sauce, we use it every day. If you like a vinegary hot sauce that is not just hot but flavorful, this is the one for you. Delicious on everything. It ain't no Frank's Red Hot.

I wasn't expecting to find a tasty habanero salsa in Maine, but there you go. It's really good, lovely mid-tone notes and brings proper heat without being raw.

Best tasting HOT hot sauce!

I add hot sauce to most of what I eat, and your Jolly Roger hot sauce is the best sauce that I have ever tasted. I like the hotter sauces best and, Jolly Roger is the best combination of heat and flavor. Most sauces by all the different brands that I have tried are either hot or flavorful but not usually both. Great sauce, don't ever stop making this flavor please.
