This is, hands down, my favorite hot sauce. Likely because it's the perfect balance between sweet and spicy, which is just how I like it. I discovered this sauce when I briefly lived in Boston, and now I periodically order a 6-pack from the PNW. It's all about the sauce, and this one is king.
