My absolute favorite! Pineapple with hints of papaya and plenty of heat! I prefer "Sweet Heat" to straight hot sauces, and I use this one on everything, but I prefer it above all other sauces on shrimp, fish and pork. Now if I could just get some Long Island Tex-Mex restaurants to add it to their hot sauce collections, and stock it for purchase, I'd be set!
