I’m not really a relish guy, but it seems that every time it’s available it gets sold out real fast. I said, let me give it a try and I do like it. I have a whole shelf in my fridge dedicated to Captain Mowatts hot sauces. I still have to try my shark bite, mustard, luscious and peach fuzz which I just purchased a month ago. So many hot sauces so little time.

It's smashing on a meatloaf sandwich, generally will make meatloaf out of ground venison and ground pork, diced onions ,rolled oats, shredded mozzarella cheese, plus other cheeses depending on what's available!!! Let your taste buds lead you to Nirvana!

There is no equivalent to this amazing relish. Perfectly spicy. Good on hotdogs, I'm sure. But, I use when I grill salmon. I mix it with mayo and paint the top and wait for it to blacken. Its wonderful mixed with tuna or on a burger. Everyone loves it. Not just grilling season but year 'round.
