Canceaux Sauce - The sauce that started it all. Canceaux is our flagship hot sauce and to this day, remains our most popular. A sweet, garlic flavor with a kick. Truly addicting.
Greenie - Greenie is our iconic, green hot sauce, made with fresh jalapeno peppers, avocados, and lime juice.
Scurvy Dog - Lemon lime hot sauce. Scurvy Dog is packed with fresh citrus flavors and the heat from three types of red chile peppers.
CocoLoco - Smooth coconut cream, fresh lime juice, and red chile peppers are blended to make this one of a kind coconut hot sauce.
Blue Flame - Maine Blueberry Hot Sauce. Blue Flame is the ultimate combination of native Maine blueberries blended with fiery red chilies.

I’ve been an avid hot sauce user for forever. I’ve tried just about every brand out there, this sauce is the best I’ve ever had. Just when I think one flavor is my favorite, I try another bottle and that one becomes my new favorite. You can’t go wrong with any of the flavors. Can’t recommend this product enough!

Captain Mowatt's does it again. While my favorite is the Cocoloco, I've grown quite fond of the Canceaux Sauce & Greenie. I've always liked various degrees of heat, but Captain Mowatt's really brings the double-threat A-game with spice and flavors that truly stands out.

These sauces are really good. My son’s friend is from the area and recommended that I try these and I am not disappointed. The blue flame is my wife’s favorite but I can’t determine which is my favorite quite yet but They are all quite good. Packaging was really well done and once I saw the care that they put in the packaging, the shipping cost made more sense. Worth every penny and I would recommend these sauces to anyone. I am very happy with them. I will note that they are not overwhelmingly hot and they have a ton of flavor.

We were a huge fan of the greenie and Boston red sauce that we wanted to give the variety pack a try. Unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. The Caseaux sauce which seems to be the signature sauce isn’t too versatile and too sweet too put on certain dishes. With the exception of the greenie, the other sauces in the pack were not as versatile as we had hoped.

This is a great way to find hot sauces you love. Most of them are fodmap friendly as well: the blueberry is great with fish, the greenie is an interesting blend of avocado and jalapeño, and the lemon one pairs great with chicken. My favorite by far is the Canceaux, but fyi that one isn't fodmap friendly(garlic).

The Captain Mowatt's hot sauces are awesome! Blueberry hot sauce on sausages with pancakes is especially good! This 5-pack is for someone else, though, and I know they will love the gift. Tried 4 out the 5. Nothing spectacular on any; the Greenie (avocodo flvr) was nonmemorable. The pomegranate was OK, but can't find anything that tastes good with it. The coconut flavor is a keeper - have had it before, but the others I'll skip in the future.

First discovered Captain Mowatt's Canceaux sauce through a bagel shop I work at. One of the most delicious hot sauces I've ever had in my entire life (and I'm a die hard Tabasco fan). Decided to give a few other flavors a try this time, and am incredibly thankful I did! Every sauce is just as delicious, as fiery, as smooth as I could want! Captain Mowatt's (specifically their Canceaux sauce) is now a staple in my house - goes great with everything. Especially an egg and cheese bagel sandwich!
